Road to Ripped Contest Prep Ep.8 - Progressive Fat Loss Phases

When it comes to losing body fat leading up to a physique competition, I recommend NOT blowing your load too soon. That is, introduce different phases of your fat loss program progressively, so that when you plateau you have a new element to introduce.

Ie: start with a modest calorie deficit, then later introduce HIIT, then introduce thermogenics / fat loss supplements when you plateau, and if needed during the final weeks you can increase your calorie deficit and/or HIIT. Check out my video below:
